1. Eligibility for Returns

  • 30-Day Window: Request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

❌ Perishables, intimate/hazardous goods, gift cards, or opened media (DVDs, software, etc.).


2. How to Return Your Item

Option 1: Amazon Purchases (Recommended)

  2. Select your order and choose “Return or Replace Item.”

Note: Returns via Amazon are typically faster and may qualify for free shipping.

Option 2: Website Purchases

    • Photos of the item and packaging.
  2. We’ll email you a return authorization and shipping address within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the item (you cover return costs unless the return is due to our error).
