1. Eligibility for Returns
- 30-Day Window: Request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Perishables, intimate/hazardous goods, gift cards, or opened media (DVDs, software, etc.).
2. How to Return Your Item
Option 1: Amazon Purchases (Recommended)
- Go to Amazon’s Return Center.
- Select your order and choose “Return or Replace Item.”
- Follow Amazon’s instructions for a prepaid label (if eligible).
Note: Returns via Amazon are typically faster and may qualify for free shipping.
Option 2: Website Purchases

- Photos of the item and packaging.
- We’ll email you a return authorization and shipping address within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item (you cover return costs unless the return is due to our error).
3. Refund Process
- Inspection: Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your return.
- Approval: You’ll receive an email confirmation.
- Timing: Refunds post to your original payment method in 3–5 business days (bank delays may apply).
Partial Refunds: Issued for used/damaged items or late returns.
